I am embarking on a new journey with longarm quilting. The quilting I do will be computer guided, and will consist of simple “all over” edge to edge designs. I will continue to practice on my own quilts and eventually offer more custom quilting. (different borders, etc).
Below is a calculator to help estimate the cost of quilting.

Quilt Backing Requirements
The backing fabric needs to be 10 inches wider and longer than the quilt top (so I have 5 inches on each side). This helps when testing out tension, we also load our quilts using red snappers so we also need a bit of extra space for that.
